Roy Jensen

Dr. Roy Jensen is a founder and the training director of the Canadian Association of Security Professionals, CA🍁SP. Academically, Dr. Jensen has 20 years experience teaching post-secondary chemistry, conducting learning theory research, and working with the university's center for teaching and learning. He has prepared and taught workshops on learner engagement, active instructional strategies, technology-enhanced learning, hybrid instruction, and online assessment. Vocationally, Dr. Jensen helps organizations develop and modernize their in-person and online training programs. One of these projects was the Alberta basic security training program. This project uncovered a nation-wide need for additional training, which led to the formation of CA🍁SP.
